Right on the beach, good pool, secure. Covered parking is great. We discovered a $5K difference for a 3 week stay between ours and other units.

What a beautiful unit (302). Loved the view, the pool and the kids loved that the Candy Kitchen is directly across from the complex. Very clean unit and has everything you need. Thank you for a wonderful vacation spent at your unit.

This is basically a VRBO. 6 level Condo units directly on the beach. Also in walking distance to Johns Pass and many other great restaurants and shops. Very well maintained and designated smoking area. Beautiful pool as well. Highly recommend, very quiet, updated building.

Elevator is sketchy. 2 of 3 beds were like sleeping on a rock. Weak water pressure and one toilet smelled like a sewer. Refrigerator was not clean and after complaining, no response. But the maggots that greeted us really were awful. If you smoke you must go off property. On the positive side, awsome view of the gulf, nicely furnished, washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven. Garbage disposer. Nicely secured, parking garage, body and feet showers on a very nice sun deck.

I booked this property because we have stayed a Pam's properties before. We found the condo to be very clean and well stocked upon arrival. The location is excellent and easy to get to. We especially enjoyed the large screened in balcony overlooking the beach. The property is well maintained inside and out and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the elevator lobby, beach, pool area, and parking area! Pam was excellent in all our communications and very helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great value and location on the beach. We will definitely book again with her. Mike W

We stay here 3-4 times per year in the same condo. The view of the gulf is amazing. The pool area is very nice. The beach is unbelievable. Not to mention the incredible sunsets. You have to see it yourself to understand. You should definitely book your next vacation here!

Location is fantastic and the area is super quiet. Only complaint I have is it is a bit outdated. Other than that, which is a minor thing anyways, our stay was very good! EDIT: During the last two days of our stay, the elevator wasn't working. The property management we called was rude and only told us it had already been reported as if we were somehow supposed to know that considering they didn't seem to be in much of a hurry to have it repaired. This is very annoying as we stayed on the 6th floor and walking down 6 flights of stairs with luggage and beach equipment isn't something people want to do. What a shame.

404 Villa Madeira is amazing! Very clean and lots of new upgrades. The kitchen is very well done with Limestone tile and well crafted cabinets that I would put in my own home. The shower is large and tiled and looks great. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We felt very much at home in this unit and appreciate the commitment to a great experience for the guests that choose to stay here! I spent every morning and every late afternoon on the balcony enjoying the breeze and sound of the waves reading a book, sipping coffee, doing some work on my laptop, or just people watching as they passed by. You will NOT be disappointed with this choice!
